What am I paying for?
All members who enroll in online training will receive access to an exclusive members only group, where they’ll get direct access to the JTP coaching staff. Ask questions, chat live, and more. Some memberships will get custom training programs, designed for their specific needs, and others will follow along with programs modeled after workouts perfected with our pro athletes. Live training in the gym is not available through this site. Space in our gym is by invite only: Call for a live interview if you’re serious professional athlete, ready to level up your training.

There is progression in all training. We will work with you to assess your current fitness level and abilities. Then, we’ll custom design a program to suit your needs starting from any point. Anyone can train like an athlete and get amazing results! Check with your physician before beginning any exercise program. While exercise may be beneficial to your health, there is some risk of injury involved in any exercise program.
