Knee health: with Dr. Ed Race

Strong, stable knees are important in sports and every day life.  Check out this quick video to learn about common issues and self-assessment.  In our next videos, we’ll be covering some more exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles around the knee joint.  Since it’s winter, we’ll also talk about how some of these knee injuries relate to snow sports like skiing and snowboarding.
