I’ve been involved in athletics my whole life. After attending East Carolina University to study Exercise Science, I began to specialize in training athletes. I work regularly with professional athletes and D1 collegiate athletes, as well as weekend warriors and teens. I’m also the resident strength coach at Team No Excuse MMA. I’m a USA Weightlifting Level 2- Advanced Sports Performance Coach, and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the NASM. No matter what your fitness or sports performance goals, you can make it there. I can help.
I love what I do and have a passion for learning. With a BS in Exercise Science, I have also earned my CSCS from the NSCA and I’m a USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. I’ve worked with the strength and conditioning program at Boise State University, coaching swimming and track athletes. Also as a strength coach, I have worked with professional MMA fighters and Rocky Mountain High School basketball. As a personal trainer, I have experience with all ages, fitness levels and goals. I love online training because I get to meet so many cool people from all over the country.
